- Looking for a self-motivated individual to fill our FULL-TIME position for 2 apartment complexes located in Somerville TN and 1 apartment complex in Gallaway TN. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: general carpentry, drywall repair, electrical & plumbing repair, preparing & make-ready apartments for move-ins. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Pay depends on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
