Job Title: Customer Development Specialist (CDS)

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for processing, identifying, and creating qualified sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities. CDSs are the primary voice and personality through which customers and prospects interact with VMRD. The CDS must have a desire to achieve goals, to maintain customer relationships, and to increase sales of products. The position requires an ability to seek and develop new business, think creatively, exercise self-motivation, and exhibit strong communication skills.

Pay Range: Between $20.27 and $25.00 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by job responsibility and regional benchmarks. The range listed is just one component of VMRD's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses.
