WMS Technical Support Lead
Location: Columbus, IN | Employment Type: Onsite
Salary Range: $110,000 – $125,000 per year
Eligibility: USC/GC/EAD-GC
We are seeking an experienced WMS Technical Support Lead to support and manage critical Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) applications, including BY and RedPrairie WMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and solution development for WMS functionality changes.
- Collaborate with customers to understand issues and requirements, delivering effective solutions.
- Coordinate and guide offshore teams on both development and support needs.
- Analyze and resolve complex system issues with strong problem-solving skills.
- Drive system enhancements by understanding supply chain aftermarket processes.
- Ensure smooth operations using middleware technologies.
- Adhere to Agile development processes and methodologies.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in WMS products such as BY and RedPrairie.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and customer coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of middleware technologies and supply chain processes.
- Experience in leading and coordinating with offshore teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6–19 years of experience in WMS support and development.
