RN Private Duty - Full-Time- Dyersburg, Tennessee
Visiting Private Duty RN for Dyer, Lake, Obion, Crockett, Weakley, and Gibson counties- Full-Time position
Volunteer Home Care is a locally owned, Medicare-certified home health agency providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and personal care services to patients in 29 counties throughout Tennessee.

Responsibilities for Home Health RN (Registered Nurse), Dyersburg, TN:
- Delivers skilled nursing care in accordance with MD/FNP/PA orders in the home environment.
- Utilizes the Electronic Medical Record to document all care provided.
- Reports changes in patient condition to MD/FNP/PA and prepares orders to reflect these changes.
- Participates in staff meetings, in-service programs and patient care conferences.
- Participates in the on-call rotation.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience for Home Health RN (Registered Nurse), Dyersburg, TN:
- Current RN license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
- Valid TN driver’s license, current liability insurance and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification required.
