The Parts Warehouse associate assists the parts department in shipping and receiving inventory and must represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner at all times.
Responsibilities of the Parts Warehouse:
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive, Process and Restock daily orders and customer special orders
- Maintain and clean bin organization
- Prepare and ship core and warranty returns
- Locate and assign new parts locations daily
- Run errands for the parts department as needed.
- Responsible for communicating need of equipment and/or supplies.
- Safely drive vehicles in the service lot and when in the parts truck.
Qualifications of the Parts Warehouse:
- Clean driving record with valid/current Driver License.
- High School graduate or GED a MUST.
- Experience in similar positions, 1 year(S) preferred.
- Completion of negative drug screen.
- Completion of acceptable background investigation.
