What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Agent (Biotechnology) position at VOYlegal?
VOYlegal is partnering with a Boston law firm on its search for a Biotechnology Patent Agent. Candidates should :
- Have 2 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications;
- Have an advanced degree in a biotechnology / life sciences field; and
- Have experience in, or the desire to gain experience in, IP licensing and due diligence.
The role has a 1600 billable hour target. USPTO registration is preferred.
Technology specialists will also be considered.
