VP Aviation is seeking Inventory Associates to assist our valued customer in Andalusia, Alabama.
- This is a contract position (8-12 weeks)
- start date of Jan. 13, 2025.
- Pay is $20.00 an hour with $30.00 OT.
- Day Shifts - 8am-4:30pm - Mon-Fri
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
2. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
3. Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
4. Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, etc.
5. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
· Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
· Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
· Database management skills.
· Ability to analyze and solve problems.
· Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
· Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
· Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
· A background check and drug test will be required.
