About the Role
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning, scheduling, and preparing technical meetings and events.
- Sending out meeting invitations and remote login information to meeting attendees.
- Working with clients to develop and distribute meeting agendas.
- Typing technical meeting minutes for teleconferences and occasionally onsite events.
- Leading virtual meetings, as needed.
- Editing meeting minutes and emailing finalized and approved minutes to group participants by designated deadlines.
- Communicating with clients via email and phone.
- Utilizing online collaboration platforms like Slack, Teams, Google Drive, etc.
- Assisting with administrative projects like updating client websites, creating, and tracking project spreadsheets and other administrative duties, as needed
- Experience taking meeting minutes
- Ability to work remotely during standard business hours and occasionally other hours, as needed
- Some domestic and international travel will be required (10% of the time)
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word
- Basic familiarity with Excel
- Experience in business writing or other written correspondence
- High attention to detail
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Comfortable in fast-paced meeting discussions
- Willingness to become familiar with technical terminology
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
