Overview
The Content Writer will play a critical role in the creation of a detail-oriented content that engages target audiences, supports sales and marketing initiatives, and reflects the values of the W S Tyler brand. The primary responsibilities of this role include crafting written content such as blog posts and website copy. Additionally, the Content Writer will collaborate with the teams to generate social media posts, email campaigns, and various sales enablement tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Write, proof, and post blogs/articles on the company Learning Center.
- Implement historical optimization strategies to audit and restructure existing content inventory.
- Ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and brand voice.
Collaboration & Sales Enablement:
- Work cross-functionally to generate sales enablement tools (e.g., presentations, white papers, case studies).
- Assists in the development and scheduling of social media content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot to monitor and improve content performance.
- Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
