We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety standards and quality controls are met.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Resolve any project issues or conflicts to maintain progress and client satisfaction.
• Ensure that all electrical work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) as an Electrical Project Manager in the commercial or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Experience managing all phases of electrical projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices.
