Client is now looking for a manager to grow with our team as we ramp up for the spring season. We strongly believe in team unity with both front and back of the house workers and understand that the end goal for everyone apart of the team is to create a memorable experience for each and every guest that walks through our doors. Some of our management team is shifting to a new project that we are putting together and we're looking to bring on a new leader for this property.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of FOH management operations.
- Understanding of Profit and Loss statements and be able to suggest / implement new cost controls as need be.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and fill in where needed.
- Knowledge of excel and google drive programs.
- Display excellent leadership skills to all staff.
- Mentoring new hires and advancing them to bigger and better roles in order to continue their career in hospitality.
The bar features a focused cocktail list, extensive tequila selection, espresso martini shots and more. The food side is clean and compact with weekly rotating specials.
We are open Wednesday - Sunday.
