Loan Officer (Residential Mortgages) - 100% Commission-Based
Location : Atlanta Area, Georgia (Remote Work Available only for Georgia Residents)

Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Loan Officer specializing in residential mortgages to join our team. This position is 100% commission-based, and we are looking for professionals who have a proven track record of self-generating business and closing high-volume deals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in residential mortgages, a history of self-producing over $10M in annual loan volume, and a strong commitment to their success in a competitive, commission-only environment.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Loan Officer with a focus on residential mortgages.
Proven history of consistently self-generating $10M in loan volume per year.
Strong network in the Atlanta area with established relationships in the real estate industry.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
In-depth knowledge of residential mortgage products, rates, and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and loan transactions simultaneously.
Current licensing as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) is required.
Compensation :
100% commission-based pay structure.
High earning potential based on loan production.
Work Environment :
Flexible work-from-home option, with regular in-person meetings as necessary for networking and client interaction in the Atlanta area.
