What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Bather/Reception position at Wag Central LLC?
Town House for Dogs & Cats is seeking an energetic, hardworking, detail oriented person who loves pets & the industry.
If you have an upbeat and flexible personality who likes working independently AND works well with others, you’re an aspiring Groomer or you simply enjoy contributing to a professional Groom Team, you’re a great fit for our busy kennel.
Experienced bathers will know how to bathe & blow dry all breeds and fur types and will have honed their time management skills. Bathers are responsible for physical labor, including cleaning and laundry. Dependable transportation is a must, as well as being able to lift 50 lbs or more, and applicants must be legally able to work in the US. Start times consistently begin at 8:30 am, 3-4 days a week (including one weekend day).
Currently we need a worker Wednesday- Saturday, subject to change with demand/ season. Bather must be able to handle all sizes & breeds (including cats), possess leash handling skills, as we move animals indoors and outdoors (in all weather) to different areas of the facility, including helping customers into their cars.
