Your day to day as a CNC Maintenance

As a Full Time CNC Maintenance Technician at WALCO Tool & Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and resolving mechanical issues across various equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components, to minimize downtime. You'll conduct scheduled maintenance to prevent machine failures, optimizing overall performance. Additionally, your responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing work centers as well as building utility systems like electrical wiring controls and heating/cooling ventilation. Your skill set will also be vital in the maintenance and repair of both CNC machining centers and manual equipment, making a significant impact on our team's efficiency and productivity.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC maintenance is required, showcasing a strong familiarity with the intricacies of machinery. Proficiency with PLC, CNC, and test equipment is crucial for diagnosing and addressing technical issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will facilitate collaboration within our professional team, while a strong work ethic ensures dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Attention to detail is vital, as you'll be responsible for performing intricate repairs and maintenance tasks. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 5 years of experience in CNC Maintenance including troubleshooting and repair of CNC Machines
• Proficiency with PLC CNC and test equipment
