Top 3 required skills:
1. Research. Quick learner with the ability to research and learn about different topic areas as it relates to e-commerce.
2. Strategy. This team creates end-to-end digital strategies for online where Apple customers shop. So this resource will be responsible for reviewing large data dumps and extracting insights, identifying patterns, to define a strategy.
3. Analysis. Strong qualitative and/or quantitative abilities to look at data in Excel, Tableau, to organize and present in Keynote.
This experience can be from any industry, Retail/online exp not required.
Responsibilities
The Strategy team for Digital Experiences and Merchandizing group in Online Retail is looking for a Research Analyst to support new digital platforms and Apple Vision Pro Conduct research and analyses on marketplaces and social commerce space
Closely monitor and evaluate Apple Vision Pro customer experience and behavior
Partner with various XF team members and leaders to project manage various strategies and initiatives
Work closely with the Analytics Team to take vast quantities of data and extract meaningful insights, build a coherent narrative for executive audience and tell an intelligent story
