Data Management - Teamcenter

Waltonen Engineering is seeking a Teamcenter/Data Management Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Download and manage product data within Teamcenter, including data from GM.
• Upload and release design files to Teamcenter.
• Assist with data transfers and ensure data integrity.
• Responsible for the compilation and assembly of data into finished products.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate data management.
• Move and position components, add/replace components, and manage drawing uploads.
• Maintain and update Teamcenter configurations and settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data management and Teamcenter operations.
• Ensure compliance with company data management policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain Plant Structures in the GM Teamcenter Database.
• Manage standards library and check/correct CAD files to release standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
• Proficiency in using Teamcenter for data management tasks.
• Familiarity with CAD software, especially NX.
• Understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as dictated by workload.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Processing, Design, System Layout, or Robotic Simulation is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIW (Body-in-White) robotic weld systems and tooling preferred.
