SUMMARY
The Rehab Services Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all department specific staff, for training employees and collaborating with the Department Director to assess performance of employees. The Supervisor ensures appropriate staffing and scheduling when assigned by the Department Director. Supervisor ensures that patient charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis. Supervisor maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols. This person also performs the duties of a staff physical therapist with regard to patient care, communication with physician's, families, and appropriate team members.
