The WSBA's mission is to serve the public and the members of the Bar, to ensure the integrity of the legal profession, and to champion justice.
Purpose and Position Summary :
This position will assist with an organizational scanning project and other clerical duties as assigned.
The duration of this of temporary assignment is expected to be January 2025 through March 2025. The duration may be extended, however will not exceed 6 continuous month (180 consecutive days).

Under the direction of a department delegate, sort and handle departmental files (which may include confidential and sensitive information) in accordance with WSBA and WA State Records Retention rules :

Working Conditions :
This position is required to work onsite, Full-time (Temporary), at the WSBA Offic e , in Seattle, WA, with standard office equipment available.
The essential functions of the job that must be performed, with or without a reasonable accommodation : This position must be able to regularly work five days per week in an office environment, possess the ability to primarily sit / stand and use a computer, scanner / copier, and other standard office equipment. Must have the ability to push / pull / lift boxes weighing up to 35 pounds, reach documents on high and low shelves, and bend / twist to manage documents and equipment. This position must be able to read, write, and speak with others in English.
