5 years in landscape design, sales, account management, or a related field is a fundamental requirement.

Proficiency in landscape design principles, including horticultural knowledge, with design software experience is preferred.

Do you have experience with identifying client needs and upselling services to deliver sales growth, specifically with landscape design and horticulture?
A valid driver's license and the physical stamina to conduct outdoor work and potentially lift equipment or materials is a prerequisite.
- Serve as our client's primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction and outstanding quality of work.
- Develop creative and practical landscape designs including hardscapes, water features, outdoor kitchens, fire features, outdoor structures, and other elements.
- Use design software (e.g., Dynascape) to create detailed plans and visualizations.
- Present design proposals, including detailed plans, cost estimates, an timelines to clients.
- Close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless execution of designs.
- Follow up with client post-project to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for future work or referrals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or as required.
