Role Description
The Designer/Sales Representative is a dual-role position that combines an expertise in driving sales with the creativity of landscape design. The primary goal is to expand cliental for the growth of the organization while creating aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces that meet client needs. This role requires a balance of artistic vision, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver comprehensive design solutions.
Qualifications
- Do you have the motivation to be a key component in a fast-growing landscape design and maintenance business that is a top performer among other similar businesses in the East Central Indiana region?
- 5 years in landscape design, sales, account management, or a related field is a fundamental requirement.
- A top contender will possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in landscape design principles, including horticultural knowledge, with design software experience is preferred.
- We are seeking a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients along with our exceptional culture of team collaboration.
- Do you have experience with identifying client needs and upselling services to deliver sales growth, specifically with landscape design and horticulture?
- A valid driver's license and the physical stamina to conduct outdoor work and potentially lift equipment or materials is a prerequisite.
