Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service at our busy welcome desk. Manage phones and reservations, strategic seating of clients, addressing guest desires with positive semantics and a commitment to accommodate requests.
Insure work area is always clean and in order, along with guest restroom checks. Handle ToGo orders, Gift Certificate purchases, proper transfers of bills from bar to dining room, and control the pace of seating to insure more efficient service.'
