Overview

Responsible for ensuring all dishware and silverware is cleaned efficiently and promptly. Provide all facets of the dining venue with silver and dishware on a continual basis.

Responsibilities

Ensures compliance to standards set by management in scraping, racking, stacking, and washing of china and glassware.

Keeps work area clean and sanitary. Complies with standards of health, safety, and sanitation.

Understands the use of proper chemicals on property.

Maintains knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards. Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. One- year food service experience is preferred.
