What's your day like?
As a new Assistant Store Manager at Waxberg's in Niles, IL, you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing store operations, assisting customers, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This position works 40 hours per week, 5 days a week with increased hours / days in peak season. Your schedule will include evenings & weekends to meet the needs of our business and customers. Be prepared for a rewarding and challenging role where no two days are the same.
