You will work collaboratively with your teammates to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Prepare food and beverages according to Wayback standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and keeping workstations tidy.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold food safety standards by regularly checking temperatures and maintaining proper sanitation practices.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
