- Collaborate with the sales & Marketing Representative team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our clients potential customers
- Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with the marketing, Marketing Representative, and product development teams
- Continuously learn with the Marketing Representative team about marketing trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions
- Participate in lead generation, and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- Comfortable using a computer or iPad
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or as a Marketing Representative is a plus
