Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, following up on collections, managing accounts payable and working with QuickBooks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
-Follow up on collections with clients/customers to ensure timely payments.
-Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments using QuickBooks.
-Assist with general office duties and provide administrative support as needed.
-Schedule and coordinate maintenance repairs to maintain the quality of our community 55 senior living facility.
-Handle lease renewals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
-Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to address needs and concerns.
Qualifications:
-Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
-Strong organization and communication skills.
-Previous experience in accounts payable and collections is preferred.
-Ability to take and absorb direction and work on your own.
-Strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
