HVAC Service Manager

What we’ll trust you with:

You will serve as both a mentor to our group of field service technicians and a brand ambassador for our residential and commercial air conditioning and heating clients. In addition to troubleshooting and offering technical support, you will also:

  • Manage customer accounts while ensuring customer loyalty, that problems are resolved, and that work is done accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate field technician training and development on products, services, sales, and industry-related updates
  • Work closely with customers to respond to warranty-related issues, providing guidance and technical expertise
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and other service technicians
  • Recruit, interview, and hire experienced service technicians

What matters most for this role:

  • High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • 5 years of industry experience including managing others
  • Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Ability to motivate, manage, and train technicians, installers, and dispatchers
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, and ServiceTitan is helpful
  • Independent thinker and self-motivated

What we will offer:

  • Salary: $70,000 to 90,000/annually, depending on experience
