Job Title: Skilled Renovation Worker
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Skilled Renovation Worker to join our team. This role requires expertise in various aspects of construction, including drywall installation, plumbing, flooring, framing, and general renovation work. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of renovation tasks, including drywall installation and finishing, plumbing repairs, flooring installation, and framing.
- Troubleshoot and complete plumbing work such as pipe fitting, fixture installation, and minor repairs.
- Install and repair flooring, including tile, hardwood, and laminate.
- Assist with electrical tasks as needed, such as installing light fixtures or outlets.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in renovations, remodeling, or general construction.
- Skilled in drywall, plumbing, flooring, and framing. Electrical experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $175.00 - $250.00 per day
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
