Job Summary/Basic Function
Oversee all operations and logistics for the department of Davis Events Scheduling at WSU Davis; includes scheduling and oversight of events, and physically assisting with and coordinating set up / take down. Manage department budget. Supervise department part-time staff. Serve as the primary contact, and handle all correspondence and contracts for facility usage and scheduling of events. Ensure facility rules, regulations, and policies are adhered to. Interact effectively with a wide range of clientele. Assist with technology and custodial support for events. Collaborate with WSU Davis Administration and other University departments / programs. Provide support with additional building operations and functions.

Required Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree or two years of equivalent work experience
- One year of event coordination or related experience
- Basic knowledge and skills with technology
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred:
- Two years of event coordination or related experience that includes supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal / intrapersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to meet all deadlines
