WebsterRogers is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for the 2025 tax season. Our seasonal positions are for those who wish to primarily work from February to mid-April, although there may be an opportunity for additional hours outside of tax season. We can accommodate flexible schedules but require at least 20 hours per week during tax season, including some hours in the office. Individual tax preparation, including training, begins mid-February.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing individual income tax returns
- Gathering and organizing data and documentation for tax preparation
- Ability to handle a high volume of workload by prioritizing multiple tasks
- Meet deadlines and use discretion in handling confidential information
- Work independently, as well as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Prior tax preparation experience desired
- High School Diploma required; AS Degree or higher preferred
- Ability to work seasonally is a must
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Must posses strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn tax software
