About the role
Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the company's Fleet and all associated assets. It is the coordinator's responsibility to make sure all vehicles are up-to safety standards and in good operational condition
Responsibilities
- Work closely with management to report any new damages or abuse of vehicles
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
- Lead and support the Fleet Coordinators to ensure all Fleet related activities are done according to schedule
- Responsible for all Fleet related reports and KPI's
- Managing vehicle licensure and registration and ensuring compliance of the company with government regulations that have to do with the transportation industry
- Timely fleet evaluations and maintenance plans to ensure reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements
- Assess operational needs and makes recommendations for optimal utilization of vehicle assets Cultivate long-term relationships with Fleet vendors
- Work with different departments within the company to ensure all invoices are taken care of
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience working with Fleet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to create partnerships and build consensus across different levels of an organization
- Ability to Travel to different warehouses within the same region as required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to work weekends if necessary, during peak season

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is up to $24-$28 an hour
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
