Associate General Counsel

Atlanta based healthcare company seeking Associate General Counsel to work with the GC and executive management team with all legal affairs including contracts, corporate governance, M&A, compliance programs, and operations. Candidates must have 3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts, experience with employment contracts a , and be bar licensed in at least one state.
