Wehner Multifamily is looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of an assigned apartment community. The Property Manger will be responsible for staff performance; marketing, leasing, collections to generate revenue; resident relations and customer service to manage resident retention and satisfaction; administration of property maintenance, and capital improvements to maintain aesthetics and manage expenses; compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
