This is your opportunity to take the lead with a market leader serving the biggest clients in the U.S in a top 20 new construction housing market. As a result, this position is best suited for an experienced civil / site Project Manager or experienced engineering professional with a passion for civil / site development of single-family subdivisions.
As a Civil / Site Engineering Project Manager, you will work alongside our residential development clients from project inception to final delivery to provide the confidence they need from a quality and timely site design. In doing so, you will attend client meetings, coordinate work with our in-house Surveying Department, coordinate and oversee project engineers and designers, coordinate construction document preparation, filing of projects with local, state and federal review agencies, attend agency review meetings and public hearings while maintaining the project budget and client deadlines.
Our Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field is desired (i.e. Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Land Surveyor, Construction Management)
· Five (5) years of relevant experience in site development projects (single-family experience preferred; mix of residential and commercial experience will be considered)
· Professional Engineer's License Preferred (Indiana—other states are a plus)
· In lieu of license, solid site Project Manager experience will be considered
· AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus, but not mandatory
