Weiler Plastic Surgery Group is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Surgical Sales Consultant to join our team at our Metairie Northshore offices! Our practice includes locations in Baton Rouge, Hammond, Covington, Denham Springs, Slidell, Metairie & Lafayette. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Surgical Sales Consultant to help us strengthen our brand by supporting our surgeons, sales team and office staff. The right candidate has a passion for creating amazing patient experiences through professional and genuine interactions.
Job Duties:
- Develop a strong knowledge of all surgical, injectable and aesthetic procedures we offer, being able to effectively and enthusiastically transfer knowledge to patients and staff.
- Efficiently use electronic medical records, sales tracking software and lead management.
- Professionally handle phone discussions with potential/existing patients and effectively resolve patient complaints.
- Answer inquiries and nurturing leads; converting prospective patients and properly executing follow-up processes.
- Assist in surgical consultation process for surgeons
- Plan and schedule patient surgical procedures, create quotes and discuss fees with patients
- Converting prospective patients and properly executing follow up process
- Track and evaluate conversion success to achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist marketing team with brand promotion and event execution.
- Understand day to day procedures and processes of all service and product lines
- Willing to travel to multiple locations if needed
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Required: Previous medical sales experience with a proven track record
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements:
- Preferred: BS in business, marketing or related field
- Previous customer service experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Building relationships
- Advanced computer proficiency
- Effective time management and prioritization
- Strong customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

- Full Time | Salary Commission
- Hours: Monday-Friday | 8AM-4PM
- Metairie & Northshore Locations
