Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide process and technical assistance to customers while including the Weir product portfolio. Collaborate effectively with both internal and external sales teams, as well as engaging directly with customers.
- Provide Technical Solutions: Conduct field visits to gather data, measure, sample customer processes, and compile information to formulate and deliver technical solutions to customers.
- Cross-departmental Support: Provide technical support to internal teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and assist other designers and engineers by providing guidance and feedback
- Design Research: Research new and existing designs and product structures as reference materials for developing customer solutions. Proficient in evaluating mineral processing operations, flowsheets, and associated equipment.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Engineering degree
- 3 years of mineral processing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
