Purpose of Role: The Integrated Solutions Engineer is responsible for providing technical solutions and support by assessing customer mill circuits and processes, supporting the sales team, and collaborating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide process and technical assistance to customers while including the Weir product portfolio. Collaborate effectively with both internal and external sales teams, as well as engaging directly with customers.
• Provide Technical Solutions: Conduct field visits to gather data, measure, sample customer processes, and compile information to formulate and deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Cross-departmental Support: Provide technical support to internal teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and assist other designers and engineers by providing guidance and feedback
• Design Research: Research new and existing designs and product structures as reference materials for developing customer solutions. Proficient in evaluating mineral processing operations, flowsheets, and associated equipment.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
  
  

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Engineering degree
• 3 years of mineral processing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
