Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly journal entries for all assigned entities, maintain supporting documentation and workpapers
- Participate in month-end and year-end close process
- Reconcile and analyze assigned general ledger accounts
- Assist in preparation of financial reporting requirements as assigned
- Conduct variance analyses as assigned
- Collaborate with other entities and departments as required to assure proper general ledger coding
- Assist in supporting the Director of Finance, Controller, and CFO with various audit and tax requests and requirements
- Perform other accounting/analysis projects or duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
- CPA license preferred, not required
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong accounting and analytical skills
- Team-oriented and willingness to help where needed
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week during regular business hours
- Must be able to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day), with occasional movement throughout the day
