We are recruiting for a full-time Bilingual Outpatient Scheduling Coordinator to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is benefits eligible.

POSITION SUMMARY:
- Acts as a liaison with Outpatient Rehab/Business Office/Patient's family to coordinate care.
- Performs various tasks associated with scheduling, communicating with patient families, identifying appointment availability and utilizing schedules to optimize productivity, maintain wait lists, assists patients with transportation scheduling when needed.
- Will support multiple sites remotely as required
- Works closely with the Rehab Department Site Manager maintaining schedules, as well as with the Business Office regarding benefits/authorizations.
- Accountable for the tracking and preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly statistical data and periodic reports for the Outpatient Program when required.
- Interacts with families of patients from infants, school age and/or adolescents up to age 21.
- Responsible for attending the Scheduling Coordinator Meetings on a monthly basis.
- Perform various clerical duties as necessary when assigned by the Department Manager or his/her Director in support of the successful performance of the Outpatient department.
- Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures as it relates to the above duties is required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience with Microsoft Office and EMR programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and client families
- Ability to function independently and under supervision as task requires
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Scheduling experiencing preferred
- Bilingual, Spanish
