We are recruiting for a part time (benefit eligible) Rehabilitation Charge Nurse to join our skilled pediatric team of professionals in Marlton, NJ!

Position Summary:
Responsible and accountable, in collaboration with the Nurse Executive/ Director Of Nursing for the planning, development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of the clinical, personnel, including education and competency and administrative activities of the nursing department in order to promote consistency and continuity of care.
Rehabilitation charge nurse has primary responsibility for implementing the mission, vision, policies, goals, and objectives of the organization and the nursing/clinical services. The rehabilitation charge nurse is the liaison between rehabilitation nursing, other disciplines, and administration. In the liaison role, the rehabilitation charge nurse promotes the philosophy and goals of the organization, the development of team relationships, and congruent rehabilitation practices. Rehabilitation charge nurse allocate available resources for the efficient delivery of rehabilitation care and participate in decision making related to departmental functions
Position Qualifications:
- Licensed by the New Jersey Board Of Nursing
- Progressive experience in clinical rehabilitation nursing, pediatrics and nursing management
- Specialty certification preferred (CRRN, PCN)
- Supports/belongs to appropriate nursing organizations (ARN, AAPN, etc)
- Strong clinical, leadership, and management skills; good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; a high level of initiative and creative problem-solving ability
