CONCIERGE

DEPARTMENT: Guest Relations Services

REPORTS TO: Guest Relations Manager

POSITION STATUS: FULL TIME

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

Responsible for assisting guests by providing accurate information and helping them with needs such as directions, brochures, etc. in order to make their stay enjoyable

Assists guests with their mail and messages

Assists with any plans or arrangements the guest intends to make during their stay

Makes reservations for the guests

Arranges transportation for the guests

Provides accurate information about Resort, Golf, Casino, Adventures, etc.

Assists guests with requests, such as flower delivery, birthday celebrations in the restaurant, etc.

Follows department policies, procedures and service standards

Other duties as assigned

Must be able to sit, stand, see, hear, stoop, twist and walk

Must be able to lift a minimum of thirty (30) pounds

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Concierge for similar size Resort

Computer literate in the Microsoft Office Suite, fax machines, copiers, and scanners

Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Familiarity with local area attractions helpful

INDIAN PREFERENCE:

Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
