Tree Service Crew Leader

Wellnitz Tree Care is looking for a Crew Leader worthy of wielding the chainsaw. But like Thor’s hammer, only the truly worthy can hoist our saws to the canopy. We demand a king, I mean crew leader, willing to learn and grow. If you are not growing you are dying and we all know what happens to dying trees, basal pruning. We will provide you with ample opportunity to better yourself such as ISA or TCIA Certifications. We travel to conferences for continued learning and have inhouse development meetings each week. If you prove yourself worthy there is no limit to

Wellnitz Tree Care Inc is seeking a hardworking, diligent, and enthusiastic team player to fill the role of Crew Leader. Applicant must have a clear understanding of how to perform arboriculture work, be committed to ensuring safe working practices, and provide high-quality service to our customers.

Required Skills:

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in arboriculture work/foreman experience
• ISA Certification or the ability to acquire within 6 months of employment

Job Duties:

• Pruning and removing trees
• Using handheld equipment
• Maintain all required paperwork
• Lead team effectively
