Wells House is looking for a mental health therapist that is licensed as an LCSW-C or an LCPC. Wells House is a CARF accredited behavioral health program that provides Behavioral Health services to adults. Wells House takes an individualized and strengths-based approach to care, as we realize that each person’s needs are unique and vary case by case.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provides individual and family mental health counseling
- Conducts mental health assessments
- Develops personalized treatment plans
- Prepares correspondence, progress notes, and other records on individual progress
- Provides the necessary care and support to help patients with their mental health while continuing to make recovery gains
- Demonstrates the knowledge and ability to adhere to the areas of regulatory compliance, professional standards, and ethical practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active license in the State of Maryland as an LCSW-C or LCPC
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
