We are currently seeking an In-Home Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing lasting relationships with both new and existing customers by helping them create a comprehensive HVAC system plan, which includes planned maintenance, equipment, and accessory sales, while also overseeing the successful implementation of sold projects.

Work Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed
Compensation: Base Commission with an uncapped earning potential
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of in-home sales experience
- Written and verbal communication in English
- Highly proficient in organizational skills and MS Office
- Positive attitude and a people person
- Must be able to work independently
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in home or retail sales
Candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
