Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate cash register operations is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.
