About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive new business and grow revenue. You will work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to sell our design-build remodeling services. The ideal candidate has a strong network, an understanding of luxury home renovations, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs, present Wentworth Studio’s services, and propose tailored remodeling solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth homeowners, architects, and real estate professionals.
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to signed design agreements.
- Collaborate with our design and construction teams to ensure smooth project handoff.
- Attend industry events and leverage marketing efforts to attract new business.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Proven experience in sales (preferably in home remodeling, design-build, or luxury real estate).
✅ Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
✅ Ability to build trust and rapport with discerning clientele.
✅ Knowledge of home remodeling, construction, or architecture is a plus.
✅ Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
