What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Print Assistant position at Wesleyan University?
The Temporary Print Assistant will:
- Prepare faculty requests for course packs using Adobe Acrobat, Adobe PhotoShop, and Preview.
- Prepare course pack student orders and pack them for shipping.
- Operate printers, refill toner and paper, and clear paper jams as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
This is an hybrid position that works up to 22hrs per week through February 17, 2025.
Hybrid/remote work is only considered for residents of MA, VT, NH, ME, CT, RI, or NY.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation.
Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong attention to detail.
