Hearthstone, located in the heart of Pella, Iowa, is a WesleyLife Community for Healthy Living offering a comprehensive range of services including independent living, assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care across three distinct campuses. A Typical Day for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Hearthstone/The Cottages: 

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals with a 2:16 ratio  
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. 
• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications. 
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. 
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. 
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. 

Current Openings:  You must be available to work any of the listed shifts

• Days (6am-6pm)
• Overnights (6pm-6am)
• Weekends (all shifts)

Compensation: 

• The set pay rate for this position is $24.00/hour. 
• Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift $3/hr and 3rd shift $4/hr
