Pittsburgh based mortgage company looking for experience mortgage loan processors. We are looking for motivated, self-starters to join our team of mortgage professionals. Job responsibilities include gathering of financial documents and guiding applicants through the mortgage process. Candidate will also conduct thorough analysis of income and asset documentation to determine program qualification. Additional responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and completeness of each loan file prior to submitting to our underwriting and closing departments. Individuals should be comfortable with social interaction and working with the public. Applicants should possess attention to detail, organization skills and ability to multitask. Processor will work closely with mortgage loan officers, real estate professionals, underwriting team members and settlement companies to ensure a smooth customer experience. We are the affiliate mortgage company of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services The Preferred Realty in the Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.
