West Side Beer Distributing is looking to fill our open Operations Supervisor position in our Kalamazoo branch. POSITION SUMMARY
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of the garage, warehouse and delivery department personnel. Duties consist of scheduling, supervising, training, enforcing policies, maintaining sufficient staffing needs, occasional routing, ensuring a safe and professional work place for all personnel. Set departmental goals and ensure efficiencies by developing annual budget, cost analysis and tracking productivity. Responsible for the maintenance and purchasing for facility and equipment. Fulfill all WEA requirements. Schedule and conduct monthly safety meetings. Ensure all safety procedures and training are aligned within the branch. Responsible for forklift certification for new hires or expired hilo licenses. Responsible for adhering to all company policies, OSHA, DOT, MLCC compliance and supplier agreements.

Enforce safety rules and regulations.
