Job Description Summary:
WESTECH’s Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures across the program. This position will involve analyzing, evaluating, and advising on quality control practices to drive continuous improvement and adherence to ISO standards. The Quality Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality control measures and provide guidance on quality-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and company requirements.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of quality control plans to drive performance and maintain ISO compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of internal processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Provide expertise in analyzing Army logistical functions to identify opportunities for enhancing quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish program objectives, performance goals, and operational metrics for process control and quality improvements.
- Assist in conducting root cause/corrective action analysis to address quality issues.
General Duties:
- Stay updated on industry-specific quality control practices and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on quality control practices and standards.
- Support the implementation of quality and safety policies and procedures across the program.
Minimum Requirements:
- Three (3) years of experience in quality control in an industrial/technical environment.
- Three (3) years of experience in administrative, professional, analytical, or other work related to ISO programs or operations.
- Experience maintaining a quality management system in accordance with applicable ISO Standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000:2015 standards preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and their application in quality management.
- Familiarity with Army logistical functions and the ability to analyze, evaluate, and advise on quality improvements.
- Ability to establish program objectives, performance goals, and assess progress.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
